We do not accept refund and returns after dispatch. You can cancel your order before dispatch and get 100% refund less any payment refund charges if any.Here at Nikko Helmets, we deliver every product doing its second QC and check. Hence, Nikko Helmets recommends you to make an unboxing video of the package so that we can save our time in solving the issue, for in case.

EXCHANGE

All products can be exchanged for a change in size. The cost of sending the product to us for exchange will be borne by the customer. We highly recommend you to do the head measurement before placing the order.

The items will be only exchanged PROVIDED, 

  • The product is returned unused.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc.,
  • The product is received by us in re-saleable condition. (So please use a proper courier service)
  • The product must be sent to us within 7 days of its delivery.

Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged. We will ship the item for exchange to you (within India) the second time free of cost. Only Rs. 300/- will be charged for delivery.

Any product can only be exchanged for size. If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer can choose from available models or wait till the size in the ordered model becomes available. An exchange is not possible for accessories. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Please note that items on sale, offers, discounts cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

RECEIVED DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

Please click the picture of the product immediately as soon as you unbox the wrong package received. Intimate us the wrong delivered product within 7 days of its delivery through email.On its approval, we will exchange the product and the cost of sending the product to us for exchange will be borne by us. If you fail to provide us the picture/video as needed, we will not exchange the product.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In case of damage in transit, kindly do not accept.We will not be responsible if you accept the damaged product from the transport/delivery partner.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In case of manufacturing defect, please refer to the WARRANTY POLICY.
