As soon as you place your order and make the payment successfully, you get your order number with order details immediately on the website and we send you an email of Order Confirmation at once.

Your order goes through following stages:

ORDER:PROCESSING

Nikko Helmets put your order under Processing immediately after your order has been successfully placed and paid. At this stage, we collect your information and pass it to our ‘Packing and Dispatch Department’. They do the final QC of your order to make sure that your helmet/helmets are totally fine. After QC, they pack your helmet/helmets and dispatch it through appointed transport/courier service. It takes maximum 3-5 days to process your order. In some cases, it might take longer.

Please note that, we process and deliver your order only in our working hours.

Our working hours: Monday-Saturday (09.00 am to 6.00 pm)

In case if there is any discrepancy, your order is put ON HOLD and you gets an intimation for the same through email or call.

ORDER: COMPLETED

We accept cancellation of your order only before its dispatch. As soon as your order is cancelled, we refund your 100% payment within 2-3 business days. In some case, refund may take longer than 2-3 business days due to some problem in bank process. However, we take the responsible for the refund from our bank account. We are not responsible for any kind of issues arising from your bank account. For such cases, please contact your bank to get the update on your payment.

ORDER: CANCELLED & REFUNDED

We accept cancellation of your order only before its dispatch. As soon as your order iscancelled,we refund your 100% payment within 2-3 business days. In some case, refund may take longer than 2-3 business days due to some problem in bank process. However, we take the responsible for the refund from our bank account. We are not responsible for any kind of issues arising from your bank account. For such cases, please contact your bank to get the update on your payment.

ORDER: TRACKING

You will get an Order Confirmation email immediately after placing order and paying for the same. Next you receive an email for your Order Completion. In case of Order Cancellation and Refund, you will get the email for Order Refund.

We request you to understand our processing time and show your patience until we finish processing and dispatch. You will receive your order tracking number through email from our delivery partner.
